Beautiful series! I love that you’ve toned the series in a bit of darkness and shadow – it emphasizes the water fall itself, and lends some mystery to the image.
With all your great images, I feel like I’ve been to this spot. I like the ice on the walls and the highlights on the water. Very nice.
love the glow on this scene you captured, nicely done!
Not only is your composition bang on, but you turn your images into outstanding pieces of art with your processing. Ricketts Glen is on our to do list this summer, thanks to your photographs.
The water reminds us about velvet…. soft and varm. The color tones in this one is gorgeous!
smooth feel, yet very dramatic
Great work as always John ! Nice spot !
In my mind I can just hear the water crashing over the rocks and then rushing by where you were standing. Love your special softening touch with water shots.
This has your name all over it, John…of course.
Fascinating, very fascinating. I love these pictures.
a place of enchantment. feels like a place for a movie scene. quite nice.
Just came across your site whilst looking for other photographers. I just love what you’re doing with the HDR images…great stuff.
Dark and brooding mood, just like winter.
As always, the exposure is just perfect.
Beautiful scene captured perfectly
very beautiful !!
Lovely capture and processing, John.
jolie photo de nuit.
This reminds me sort of guards of the falls, the way the driftwood and rocks are. Been absent awhile and as soon as I could, came back for some of my photography fix!
