Well, everyone else has already said it but I’ll throw my 2 cents in: gorgeous! Is that multiple shots or a single shot that you’ve created by changing exposure levels for high and low? I’ll do that quite often with images that have movement in them.
I never get tired of browsing through your gallery’s, but must admit that I indeed love your nature and “away from the city” as I call them, photographs the most. If I haven’t before, I want to thank you for sharing your art with all of us who truly appreciate it. To me, this photo is an awesome mixture of both turmoil and peace.
you know, there’s a guy on g+ that does HDR and you’re totally better than he is at it, but he’s got tons of fame, forget his name, but his website is called ‘stuck in customs’ or something like that, trey ratcliffe maybe?
Beautiful shot of the waterfall, John. Is that the actual name? I’ve been calling it Ricochet Falls (for obvious reasons). Rice Dam is like a little hidden gem in the Back Mountain!
Beautiful water flow captured! Well balanced exposure!
The mystic raven falls are back and I like it, great toning. It remember me of the Edgar Allen Poe Storys and movies.
gorgeous work..
The foreground water looks like liquid mercury rolling around the surface of my screen. Nice effect!
Fantastic dreamscape, John. Love the dynamic feel here.
That is nicely composed.
Wonderfully processed John, and the motion is depicted beautifully!
You do these waterfalls so well, John…your signature, almost!

The dark and the light are divine.
Such a good one ! Nice processing, as always !
See you soon !
The softness of the water how cold that must be if one was to jump in. Come on, summer!

Breathtaking!! There is such a sweetness in this opposition between the shade and the light, the filé of the water and the spatters! Sublimate…
Your waterfalls are always so magical! Exquisite beauty!
I’m enjoying the flow here, the shot is refreshing!
Or when the liquid becomes solid! Fantastic picture with this pose slowly. Good day.

The waterfalls that you shoot are always stunning. I wonder if the Rice Dam is a man made dam or is it something that occurs naturally?
