How about your processing here, John? Amazing light and details... Mirko Herzner @ 2009-10-12 00:03:36
its the lack of people that I really like here. Looks like a kids paradise. Excellent! rhys @ 2009-10-12 00:41:13
those things just wait there to be taken home :) yz @ 2009-10-12 01:08:32

I particularly like the lights in the floor. The reflections have great depth. mooch @ 2009-10-12 07:48:32
Excellent image! The colors are so rich. The processing makes this place look like an old time carnival, beautiful and something else that's hard to describe... scary... dreary... something. REally wonderful shot, John. Mike @ 2009-10-12 08:35:46
yep, i agree, i think it's all just a scam to get your money.. lol.. you've captured this scene beautifully though.. :) rian @ 2009-10-12 08:45:43
Love the colors, beautiful shot. Ashish Sidapara @ 2009-10-12 09:59:09
Great image but I can't get the thought of where are all the people out of my head! So it grabs me in a non-photographic sense by creating the wonder and mystery of that question. Dan Creighton @ 2009-10-12 10:57:54
Un colorido y luces especiales, una foto muy bien ejecutada como todas las tuyas, la profundidad de la foto invita a pasear por esta galeria.
Una galeria impactante. I like too much Oscar @ 2009-10-12 16:06:55

It looks so deserted. Great colors, especially in the ceiling. Mike @ 2009-10-14 21:54:28
Saludos John!!! Alex Caballero @ 2009-10-15 02:49:40
fabulous range of colors and lights, i love the perspective from the machines and from the tile's lines on the pavement. paolo @ 2009-10-15 04:24:43
Like others, I'm surprised it is so deserted . . kinda disturbing that people do get addicted this kinda thing but they could do worse ! Ronnie 2¢ @ 2009-10-15 04:35:58
Wow that place does look huge! So many games! Love the processing. Andy @ 2009-10-15 08:38:09

john, you're a master, perfect composition, the repetition patterns are great, the details on the ceiling, and ground textures are a feast too my eyes. pedro alexandre @ 2009-10-15 15:06:39
Cool street shot, love the perspective, looks like a fun place! Zing @ 2009-10-15 15:25:33

Striking colors and lighting. Strange to not see any people - I always thought Atlantic City was a 24 hour town. Adam @ 2009-10-15 20:57:46
Amazing colors...this is just candy for the eyes! Caroline @ 2009-10-15 21:14:32
A striking, stylized view of this empty arcade. Wonderful treatment to get this unique look. Veru highj quality of shooting. don @ 2009-10-15 22:52:47
wow! talk about a kid in a candy store!! ;) wonderful depiction of this surreal heaven for youth -- the depth is wonderful and there is excellent detail and vivid color!!! dj.tigersprout @ 2009-10-15 23:32:50
The temptation is great to play but more beautiful is the picture which shows this place. Very great colors I like. Yours Foto'S @ 2009-10-16 07:19:31
The allure looks irresistible, John, in your hands! Ginnie @ 2009-10-16 07:58:17
What a place – and not a single person in sight! Splendid work with the processing, well done. Barbro @ 2009-10-16 10:14:28
Marvelous colors and reflections! Do you take these at midnight or something to get them with no people in them? Jan @ 2009-10-16 12:34:46
Wow John, this is so cool! Such a great composition and control of light. I especially love the shiny floor, and the light streaks. Superb as always. bluechameleon @ 2009-10-16 22:19:10
Wow! That red really draws you in - but then, WHAM! The beautiful light draws you down the hall. Love it, John! martie @ 2009-10-17 11:06:52
Buena foto de interior, me parece muy adecuado el ángulo de la toma, mostrando el rojo intenso de los techos.
Bravo John ! Pedro @ 2009-10-17 12:12:01
The most surprising thing for me in this - is your use of ISO 800! The color and detail are astounding! I love the reflections under that scarlet dome. Stephen Phillips @ 2009-10-17 12:24:01
i've never seen anything like this. the high ceiling and the red give it a very regal feeling - and that's not matched by the caged stuffed animals, the floor and the green light. it's such an interesting mix of light and elements. reminds of one of your nighttime boardwalk images - the one with the large beer ad. michele @ 2009-10-17 21:02:50
Fantastic light and colors. This is a great place. tom @ 2009-10-18 03:42:40
Impresionante!!!, tiene un procesado perfecto.
Saludos Ricardo @ 2009-10-18 06:00:05
I did try some in Las Vegas... but I played small : 4 times one dollar, and won small too : 6 plus 9 dollars... I stopped just on time ;-°° great picture ! namaki @ 2009-10-18 07:37:00
This is a great shot... It feels so vast and open. It also hints at how fun this place could be once it is filled up! Skee Ball is one of my favorites! Krista @ 2009-10-18 08:01:00
Wonderful image! I like your low perspective. I, too, wonder where all the people are. You must go shooting in the middle of the night or extreme early morning hours to catch it empty. Excellent work, as always. Toni @ 2009-10-18 10:53:18
Fantastic image. The ambient light from the ceiling and the reflections on the floor making this a great photo. Maybe a more centered viewpoint would have been better. Daniel @ 2009-10-18 12:18:43
Really an impressive place, fantastic shot as usual John! claude @ 2009-10-18 15:22:51
Beautiful image and sad subject, the temple of game... Still @ 2009-10-18 15:39:27

The colors, light and details are just fantastic! Jen @ 2009-10-18 19:19:04
Fantastic post processing. The colors and those reflections on the floor are just outstanding. Great work! Ariel @ 2009-10-23 03:26:08
oh yeah ... very good one.. PIXistenz @ 2009-10-23 21:22:23
Wow! This grabs you by the collar and drags you right into it. Robert @ 2009-10-25 23:29:10
They say sometimes whatever it spits out it will eventually eat from you, just the way our mind works after our first win - good thing you didn't try it, but you tried something better, clicking that trigger and showing us the beauty of its own architecture. Thanks for sharing it, great work again. Anna :) Anna @ 2009-10-26 09:36:16
Fine colors and good perspective
Well done!! Hervé @ 2009-10-29 05:21:12
Wonderful shot. The colours are very vibrant. It looks like the sort of place that might slightly overhelm one with all the stimulation. Erinn @ 2009-10-30 12:11:53
It is amazing that you were able to reproduce the details under what appears to me originally like fairly dim lights without virtually any noise. Very good. Radel @ 2009-10-30 17:10:58
Une galerie aux couleurs exacerbées.
magnifique ! JMS* @ 2009-10-31 21:59:04
magnifiques lumières et couleurs. Marie @ 2009-11-01 08:46:16
i don't know why this is standing out to me but look at all those paddlocks :) this one too. that red and green is almost eerie. i guess you don't see it that often maybe. blue and cooler colors are kind of calming. this is not creepy but maybe jarring. unnatural. love it. fantastic capture. joe @ 2009-11-02 22:53:01
I love this. So interestng to look at. Well done. sylvia @ 2009-11-06 13:49:57
Great perspective John - love how you captured the parallel between the robust, red ceiling and patterned floor. Makes me want to take a wander down the aisle and examine all the goodies in the windows! Kevin from OrganicPix.com @ 2009-11-06 14:20:53
