Actually, my first shots were of the ocean sunset, until I turned around and saw the sunset colors on the buildings behind me. Knew I had to capture these buildings.

Really nice shot John, glad you turned round and saw the sun on the buildings as you were photographing the sea. Sometimes it's what we don't expect to photograph that gives the best images. That's the great thing about photography.
