They say things happen in three's. Well here is the third and possibly final night time construction image. Taken on the same foggy and misty night as the previous shot.
The clarity of your images is just smashing! It seems that you have made the right choice with the Nikon camera. My 40D cannot deliver such noise free and clear results at ISO 1600.
Nice image again. I like the rocks and the water in the foreground and what I like from the first of the series is the red tones with the white lights. The first is my favorite but this one also rocks. Regards.
You own the night in terrific nocturnal captures! For me, there is some truth to things happening in threes, too. I would be happy if there was a fourth in the series!
Que bien sabes tratar las fotos John y que buenas son tus nocturnas, increibles capturas todas las últimas que no habia visto me han gustado mucho, buen trabajo

Breathtaking clarity and details, and such amazing lighting. I'm struggling to think of anything that you could make stunning and beautiful with your photographic and processing skills.
You do these so well. I'm always amazed at the level of detail you capture and the atmosphere you create. I particularly like the glistening rock in the foreground.
Once again I am astounded. I have to say I have been trying for 2 days to get a variation of the effect you achieve and I'm still far from it. Your images inspire and depress me at the same time. Would you share some tips?
I noticed something in this capture. The covering over the one section indicates a brisk cold wind...or something, but that's my guess. When the weather is still fairly warm where I am it seems unusual to think of it being cold. I like how the one crane took on a red hue.
another wonderful image!!! i love the ledge that leads you in on the right while also giving distance to the beach and the construction! amazing light properties here!! gorgeous color -- amazing clarity!!! brilliant!!
Hi, John:
I'm not resonating as much with the last 2 images as with other images of yours. Perhaps the subject matter, or the mist. Not sure.
In this one, I like the limited color palette. In the prior image, although I know the horizon is straight, it looks like it might be tilting a bit.
Best!

This and the previous one remind me of screen shots from a computer game. You do them superbly John. If I was to criticise this one at all it would be that it is a shame you have nipped off the top of that crane.
I really like the power felt in this image. The cold grey of the structure and the way it reflects it's colour to the water. Even the warm of the lights can't warm up this feeling. Brilliant!
A fine nighttime shot of this construction site. I especially like the reflections which are handled so well and that glow coming from behind the building. Nice work.
some sort of a cold metallic vibe here. beautiful lighting and great processing as usual.

the title is well thought! i you go to manila, for these picture of buildong, it is so amazing!! and you have the technic i havn t ! excellent effects! i alwalys love these works of building in the street..; in yours, no worker... no life- something abstract as a fiction world- i wonder if i already see portraits or people.. on your blog? i have to check :-)) -it is not a critic , only a question!
J'y vais en français :) J'aime profondément tes architectures de nuit (toujours très bien composées), c'est dans ces sujets que le HDR a le plus de force, à mon avis.
Celle-ci est superbe.
